Emergency Situations (SAME DAY)

I try my best to handle emergency situations as quickly as possible. If your website is experiencing downtime, please follow these steps:
  1. Verify that this is a true emergency situation. There really are only two emergency situations: your website is down (please use https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ first to make sure) or Malware or Phishing Software has been detected by your hosting company and they are threatening to take it down
  2. File a support ticket, titled "EMERGENCY" and the nature of the emergency.
  3. If you do not get a response within 15 minutes, directly call (424) 999-5825 and leave a message if I do not answer.
It is not necessary to send an e-mail to let me know that you filed a support ticket. If your website is not down, it's not an emergency. If you need something done the same day that is not an emergency, it will be billed at a higher "rush" rate.

Urgent Situations (within the week)

Urgent situations are not emergencies, but things that need to be done in a timely manner. File a support ticket, with the nature of your request. Please mention when you would like the request completed by, and I will try my best to honor that deadline if it is feasible. It is not necessary to send an e-mail or call to let me know that you filed a support ticket. You will receive a response with a quote generally within 24 business hours.

New Pages/Designs or Content Edits (TIMELINE VARIES)

Schedule a Call

If you require additional phone time that has not been included in your original plan, I offer this at a rate of $30/30 minutes. Calls can be booked at https://www.webmaestra.com/book. You will be sent an invoice prior to the call. (If we go over time, the invoice is updated and sent for the difference in time). If I need to call you in regards to something about your website to handle something quickly, there is no charge.

Routine Maintenance & Site Health Check

If you would like routine maintenance to be performed on your WordPress site and have not already set up a plan, please send me an e-mail directly and I will let you know the plans available to you. If you already have a plan, you don't have to do anything! I take care of the maintenance in the background for you.
